Born 1940
This early piece I made in 1964
it reveals intentions which I still follow now:
to be open for new experiences

Live workshops by Wilf
After studying for two years at the International London Film School I co-created Four Corner Films in 1974.
We worked in a group representing the community around us in the East End of London and gave the people we filmed an equal chance to cooperate. I benefitted and learned from that.
I like the idea of an open studio with four others to join in.
The ‘ONs’ on my website might lead to modest co-operative productions, within a process of
also participating.
REFLECTION and ACTION
following the structure
- LISTEN to each other
- PLANNING with each other
- finding SKILLS in us
- ACT and create a joint product and
- accept responses.
The workshops cold stretch over any time but if it is a day long it could be divided into parts:
1) 09.00 – 10.30 Listening to each other
2) 11.00 – 12.30 Planning with the others
3) 14.00 – 15.30 Finding skills and roles
4) 16.00 – 17.30 Working on a joint product within the available time
5) 17.30 – l8.00 Allowing responses
For me the PROCESS counts. That is THE ART here.
